First, we’ll work together to identify the stress and anxiety inducing situations particular to you. There are many factors and everyone is different. Below are a few examples that lead to stress and anxiety.

2.) Perhaps you constantly challenge yourself with unrealistic goals and achievements
3.) Maybe you experience stress and anxiety due to fears, and imagining the worst outcome possible
4.) Your stress and anxiety may be trauma related, either past or present
5.) You may have trouble accepting feelings such as hurt, anger or sadness
Next, we'll examine your physical and emotional responses to stress and anxiety by talking about your emotions and where you experience the associated physical sensation in your body. It may be a knot in your stomach, a lump in your throat, tingling in your lips or a swirling in your chest.
Finally, we’ll develop new responses to the stress and anxiety inducing stimuli by mapping out new responses and thoughts for each of the specific situations.
Through the changes you make, you’ll be able to accept the feelings that are causing you to feel anxious and irritable, and to feel freedom as you accept those feelings. You’ll begin to feel protected from outside pressures and stress as you incorporate these new responses into your life.
You can learn to stop panic attacks before they happen. First, you’ll learn to slow your breathing and your heart rate. Next, you’ll recognize your catastrophic thoughts and replace them with truthful statements that calm you.
